Presentation Details
In order to announce your presentation in the hardcopy conference program, we kindly request you to submit the following information:
1) Speaker details: first name, last name, job title, company, country
2) Final presentation title
3) Three learning objectives (max 50 words in total):
Submit 3 learning objectives for the audience to be included in the online conference program on the website and in the hard copy conference brochure.
Speaker information
The purpose of submitting your biographical information and a summary of the presentation is to enable the chairman of the session to prepare his session and introduce you to the audience. Besides, the information of all speakers will also be included in the conference proceedings available to all delegates at the event.
The speaker information template can be downloaded from the speaker corner on the website. Please send the completed speaker information template before February 9, 2009 to myrthe@synergy-events.com
Speaker registration
In order to have your badge available at the registration desk, we kindly ask you to make your speaker registration via the online speaker registration, which can be found in the speaker corner on the website.
Hotel accommodation
Hotel and travel costs are for own expense. An appointed travel agent, A-Travel, has negotiated preferential hotel rates with several hotels in the surroundings of the event venue. Please visit http://www.a-travel.nl/energy.php for information and reservations.
Think Tank Discussion
In order to prepare for the think tank discussion, we would like to ask you to please forward 3 discussion topics, which you would like to see discussed.
Draft PowerPoint presentation
The purpose of submitting your PowerPoint presentation in time is to enable the session chairman to prepare his/her session. Please send your draft PowerPoint presentation before March 9, 2009 to marie-louise@synergy-events.com
Final presentation
Your final PowerPoint presentation can be send to us until March 13. If this is not possible, we would like to ask you to bring your presentation to the conference on either a USB-stick or a CD-rom. The PowerPoint file should not exceed 5 MB and should be sent to marie-louise@synergy-events.com
